Choose the fixture and installation together
A fixture should suit both your preferences and your existing plumbing. Before making a purchase, gather the product model and installation specifications and ask the installer to confirm compatibility. Appearance is only one part of a successful replacement plan.
For toilets, confirm the existing setup
Share the new toilet’s model and the details of the current bathroom. Ask whether it fits the available space and existing connections. Mention access limitations or known plumbing concerns so they can be considered before an installation is arranged.
For faucets, check the mounting requirements
Review the faucet’s installation specifications against your sink or countertop configuration. Mention accessories, existing features and the space below the sink. If you are unsure about a product detail, ask before ordering rather than relying on appearance alone.
Keep the price and supply responsibilities clear
Our standard toilet installation is $249 and standard faucet installation is $149. The toilet or faucet is not included; you supply the compatible fixture. Confirm any additional parts, removal and other work before scheduling. Our installation workmanship is covered for 30 days after completion.
