What makes an installation standard?
Understand the listed prices and the questions that help define the complete project scope.
A listed price needs a matching scope
A clear price is most useful when you know which project it covers. Our four listed services are intended for standard installations. The condition of the existing plumbing, fixture compatibility and access all need to be reviewed for your particular home.
Know the four service prices
Water heater replacement is $1,500 for most standard water heaters. Garbage disposal replacement is $575. Toilet installation is $249, with the toilet not included. Faucet installation is $149, with the faucet not included. Confirm equipment specifications and all inclusions before scheduling.
Identify changes beyond the replacement
A change in equipment type, modifications to connections or work on existing plumbing can require a different scope. Mention known issues when you inquire, and ask which parts of the project fall within the listed price. Request an explanation of any proposed additional work before it begins.
Confirm the complete agreement
Ask about equipment, parts, removal, permits and other charges rather than assuming they are covered. Our installation workmanship carries a 30-day warranty after completion; product or manufacturer warranties are separate. Keeping these details together makes the project easier to understand.
